The international conference on 'Humanistic Foreign Language Teaching and Learning I', will be held on 14th and 15th September, 2012 at the Faculty of Arts, Nitra. The conference will be attended by academics, teacher educators and practicing foreign language teachers and the key areas of this conference are innovative methods and approaches. The participants of the conference will be discussing about the different areas of English language teaching and learning and the different areas are- current trends and challenges in the theory of teaching foreign languages, the concept and representations of humanity in teaching literature and cultural studies and linguistics and innovative ways of its teaching. Some of the keynote topics of the conference are- Re- Framing Humanistic English Language Teaching for a fast moving future, English Language Teachers- Growing naturally, Formative and Summative Assessment – Classroom Practice. .
