Over the decades, the higher education has been changing rapidly. Institution around the Australia must keep update on these changes to face the difficulties. To meet the needs of these changes, it is necessary for the institutions to expand their quality and educational assessment to address the challenges, provide quality assurance and to maintain their place in the world's top higher education institutions. Each department must develop new strategies to bring these changes in the education system. Hence, the International Higher Education will be coming soon in Sumac, Docklands. This conference will seek on the changing role of internal education through the network of federal and state governments, and institutions to manage the internal risks associated with these changes.
