Conference Description
Swiss Group of International Schools (SGIS), a group of schools including primary and secondary offering Swiss, French, US, British and other curriculums, will be organizing its annual conference in March 2012. SGIS aims to support the international schools across Switzerland and countries around in achieving their goals. Each academic year, SGIS comes with its annual conferences and workshops. The theme, ‘Transforming Assessment through Collaboration and Creativity’ is designed to focus on the importance of assessment in education. With the group of researchers, teachers and scholars, this conference will talk about the effects of creativity and innovation in student learning and how it impacts on their emotional development, interaction with teachers, and engagement in assessment programs.
