Towards an EU Policy for Dynamic Spectrum Access is a platform for open discussion on how EU policy is developing for Dynamic Spectrum Access. The technology would be discussed full throttle by the speakers Ed Richards, Chief Executive, Ofcom; PearseO'Donohue, Head of Unit for Radio Spectrum Policy, European Commission; Fabio Leite, Deputy Director of Radiocommunication Bureau, ITU; and Edgar Reihl, Director of Advanced Development, Shure, Inc. All of them will focus on how to make the concept of dynamic spectrum access a reality.
