Conference Description
LGBTQIA Conference is a conference to educate and inspire future leaders of the LGBTQIA Movement. Panelists will share insider knowledge about if, when, and how to come out in different professional situations. Senior leaders and Leadership Development professionals need to literally reinvent the way they think about attracting, identifying, and developing future leaders. This conference will address the following questions: What are the characteristics of successful future leaders, and where do you find them. What approaches do organizations take to accurately identify future leaders. What will the new Leadership Development toolkit need to contain.
