About Venue
Designed specifically for events, it is a contemporary space that includes three separate rooms (two 10,000 square foot spaces, and one 5,000 square foot space), any of which can be combined for a total of 25,000 available square feet. 82 Mercer is an architecturally beautiful property and one of the most suitable places in New York to accommodate a variety of corporate, social and non-profit events. The venue is professionally designed to serve the needs of different occasions and is a perfect blend of event facilities and immaculate services. The clients can avail all the event related services through 82 Mercer at an additional charge, or 82MERCER can put them in direct contact with the vendor.

Facilities
The venue provides 25,000 square feet of space on a single floor (two10000 square feet space and one 5000 square feet space). An additional 25,000 square feet is available for a combined total of 50,000 square feet. There are twenty Restroom Stalls. Fully integrated sound system, with iPod docking stations, wireless mikes, CD players, and auxiliary DJ inputs are available. The building has two entrances: Mercer St. and Broadway. There are four stairways, five passenger elevators and one freight elevator. Electrical facilities include 1400 available amps in all spaces and 200 amps subpanels in each of the three rooms. In-house electrician is also available. 82 Mercer offers Flexible track lighting system with general fluorescent lighting. Spot lights on dimmers are also available. 100 tons of cooling capacity is available with WIFI10mbps download X 768 kbps upload which can be increased to 20 mbps download X 2 mbps upload.
