About Venue
The Exhibition center Basel is premier event venue in Switzerland. The venue comprises of a modern congress centre, Sixteen conference and convention rooms and six multifunctional exhibition halls. The venue hosts around 250 events round the year. Some of the major trade shows/exhibitions organized at the venue include - Prodex, Auto Shows and MipTech. Numerous hotels and restaurants are also located near the center. The exhibition center welcomes millions of tourists each year.

Exhibition Centre Information

Location: The Exhibition center Basel is located in Downtown Basel. The major shopping areas, hotels and museums are at walking distance from the center. Tram number 1or 2 can be taken from the SBB/SNCF railway station to reach the center. The journey hardly takes ten minutes. The railway stations SBB (Switzerland), SNCF (France) and DB (Badischer Bahnhof, Germany) are located at walking distances from the center. More importantly, the Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the center.

The Exhibition center Basel is one of the very few venues in Switzerland that excel in almost every facility that they provide. The Six multifunctional halls offer a total exhibition space of over 162,000 sq m. Exhibition center Basel also has a multi-story car park which has around 1600 parking spaces. The venue also has a congress center that is equipped with all modern facilities. There are sixteen separate rooms at the venue which are meant for convention and conferences.
