Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre

The complex of Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) houses a convention centre and an exhibition centre. The venue is located along the Yarra river. The exhibition centre offers 30000 sq m of column free space, which is complemented by an auditorium. The venue can be transformed into smaller sections by using movable walls. The convention centre has two theaters and offers a banquet space for 2000 delegates. The MCEC is also the first convention centre in the world to achieve a six Star Green Star environmental rating.
