Johor Corporation is the developer and owner of the center which is situated in the heart of Johor Bahru. It has a conference center which is vested on an area of 3078 square meter area and has a modular floor layout which can be easily change into 3 smaller convention halls, which has the capacity of 1000 persons each. It can easily provide reception, classroom and banquet arrangements. It has 2 exhibition hall and 3 exhibitor lounges. There are 2 meeting rooms which can easily accommodate 60 persons each. Its auditorium enjoys non flexible seating capacity of 100 persons. It is backed with hi-tech audio and visual equipment. There are 28 individual meeting rooms and 1 auditorium which can easily equipped with latest conference technology. There is an exhibition lounge area which overlooks the exhibition halls and can accommodate up to 200 people. Floor hosts and hostesses are always there for offering any type of information and help.
