About Venue
The San Diego Convention Center is the most prominent convention center in California. The Center was initially opened in November 1989, however due to an expansion of the original building to double its original size, it was opened again in September 2001.The Convention Center is a stunning work of architecture with a beautiful bay side setting. that often serves as the ideal backdrop for a exclusive collection of unique artworks. It is managed by the San Diego Convention Corporation (a non-profit corporation that works for the benefit of the public). The Center aims on generating regional economic benefits by being a potential platform for organizing all prestigious trade shows and exhibitions. Offering an abundant exhibit space of 525,701 square feet and providing superb facilities and services, the Convention Center acts as a magnet in drawing all major exhibitions, trade fairs, meetings of national and international levels.

Location: The San Diego Convention Center can be easily found, 3 miles (5 minutes) from San Diego International Airport and less a mile from the Amtrak Station. It is located downtown along the breathtaking San Diego Bay with the vibrant Gaslamp District and the San Diego Padres' PETCO Park at its doorstep.

The Center provides technical facilities like telephone, fax, email, restaurant and concierge services which can be assisted along with the exhibitor's site meeting requirements. Nearby Tourist Attraction
