Owned by Shenzhen municipal government, the Shenzhen convention and exhibition centre is a magnificent structure that hosts innumerable business events, exhibitions, conventions and entertainment events. The building of the Shenzhen convention and exhibition centre is 60 meter high and occupies a space of around 220,000 square meters, perhaps the largest space occupied by a single building space in Shenzhen. Several hotels and food joints are located at walking distance from the venue. The Venue is served by 137 Lifts and escalators. The Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center has six floors and two level basements. The Convention center is located at the Fifth floor while the cafeteria occupies the topmost floor. The catering area at the fifth floor can accommodate around 700 people. The 5th and 6th floor can jointly accommodate nearly 5000 diners at one given time.

Covering a huge area of around 220000 square meters, Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, tries to provide every possible facility to its visitors and exhibitors. From conventions to exhibitions, the six floors of the venue are fully equipped in hosting any kind of event. The first floor offers nine spacious exhibition halls offering around 105000 square meters of space that can accommodate 5000 around booths. The venue also offers around 22000 square meters of convention space. The space is occupied by 25 meeting rooms of varied sizes and a large function hall. The exhibition centre is equipped with all modern facilities that is needed to organize a dream event. The fifth and the sixth floor also have a catering area and a cafeteria respectively. The administrative area is located at the third floor. Other facilities like the business center, information desk are located at the second floor. The venue also has an underground car park which can accommodate around 2000 cars.
